The Bicol Camarines Sur Region I (BCSR I) is a pivotal division of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Incorporated, established through the visionary leadership of Kuya Rolito L. Basibas and Kuya Roberto M. Matamorosa. United by a shared commitment to strengthening brotherhood and expanding humanitarian service across Camarines Sur and the Bicol Region, they spearheaded the formation of multiple clubs, significantly enhancing the organization’s reach and impact in the region.
